Workers comp claims continue to decrease while medical costs and incurred spending rise. There has been no meaningful positive change to the worker's comp industry in decades.
In response, a group of like-minded, problem-solving workers comp veterans came together to form ClaimBender.
We are Occupational Medical Physicians, Musculoskeletal Experts (Strains and Sprains), Safety Communication Technologists, and Workers Comp Executives. We created an integrated simple to implement approach that solves the core issues of workplace injury frequency and cost-appropriate injury response process.
ClaimBender brings to employers, agents, and carriers the Expertise and Processes that the biggest and best-run companies do to keep their employees safe and workers comp costs (insurance) to a minimum. By applying the smartest tools and expertise at the right time and in the right measure, we can tackle the costly plague of wasteful workers comp medical cost and indemnity spend.
